NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By entering the Promotion you agree to these Official Rules, which are a contract, and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. No purchase necessary

Buying a PS Prestige Select product is not required to enter or to win, and buying one does not improve your odds. The QR code and web address printed on our product inserts are simply one way to reach the entry page; anyone who meets the eligibility requirements may enter through the same page or by mail (see Section 5). No proof of purchase is ever required.

About the name. Some product inserts describe this Promotion as the “Surprise Raffle”. It is not a raffle or lottery in the legal sense: no tickets or chances are sold, no entry fee or purchase is required, and no consideration of any kind is given to enter. It is a free sweepstakes (in Florida, a “game promotion” under section 849.094, Florida Statutes) in which winners are selected by random drawing from free registrations.

2. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by FACEGO Marketing and Consulting, doing business as PS Prestige Select, 11352 West State Road 84, Davie, FL 33325, USA (“Sponsor”). Contact: support@ps-prestigeselect.com. The Sponsor is also the administrator of the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence if higher (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors and contractors of the Sponsor, its suppliers and advertising or fulfilment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and in any jurisdiction that would require registration, bonding or other filings that the Sponsor has not made. Entrants are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them.

4. Promotion period and monthly entry periods

The Promotion begins on November 1, 2026 and is an ongoing monthly promotion that continues until the Sponsor ends or changes it by posting a notice on ps-prestigeselect.com/vip. It is divided into consecutive monthly entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that month.

The Sponsor's server is the official clock for the Promotion. Unlike many monthly promotions, a registration does not expire at the end of the month: a valid registration remains in the pool for every later Entry Period until the entrant unsubscribes, is disqualified, or the Promotion ends.

5. How to enter

Online. Visit ps-prestigeselect.com/vip (directly, or by scanning the QR code on a product insert), complete the registration form with your first name and a valid email address, tick the box confirming that you accept these Official Rules, and click “Enter the Giveaway”. Submitting the form constitutes one (1) registration. The order number and product fields are optional and do not affect eligibility or odds.

By mail. Hand-print your first name, last name, mailing address, email address, date of birth and the words “PS Prestige Select Monthly Giveaway” on a 3×5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: PS Prestige Select Giveaway, c/o FACEGO Marketing and Consulting, 11352 West State Road 84, Davie, FL 33325. Mail-in registrations must be received by the last day of an Entry Period to be included in that month's drawing, and are entered into the pool with the same standing and the same odds as online registrations. Each card must be mailed separately.

Limit. One (1) registration per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion, regardless of the method of entry. Additional registrations, including registrations made with different email addresses by the same person, do not increase your chances of winning and may result in disqualification.

Registrations generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, and registrations made through third-party entry services, are void. In case of a dispute about who submitted a registration, it will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided, meaning the natural person assigned that address by the email provider, who must meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry is not conditioned on purchasing any product, leaving a product review, giving a rating, or posting on social media, and none of those actions increases your chances of winning.

6. Prizes

One (1) prize is awarded per Entry Period: a surprise gift selected by the Sponsor from its product range or a comparable item. The Sponsor chooses the gift; the winner cannot request a specific item. The retail value of the gift varies from month to month and is disclosed to the winner in the notification email. The total retail value of all prizes awarded in any twelve (12) consecutive Entry Periods will not exceed US$5,000. A prize will be awarded for every Entry Period that is completed while the Promotion runs.

Prizes are shipped free of charge to a street address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. Prizes are awarded “as is”, with no warranty or guarantee other than the manufacturer's standard warranty, if any. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value; no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner selection and odds

Within seven (7) days after the end of each Entry Period, one (1) potential winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible registrations in the pool at the close of that Entry Period. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible registrations in the pool at the time of each drawing. To give more customers a chance, a person who has won a prize in the Promotion is not eligible to win again during the following twelve (12) Entry Periods, although their registration stays in the pool after that.

8. Winner notification

The potential winner is notified by email at the address used to register, within seven (7) days after the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of the date the notification was sent, confirm eligibility, and provide a valid shipping address. The Sponsor may also require the potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (where lawful) within the same period.

If the notification is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible registrations. The Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are lost, delayed, blocked by spam filters or not received. Please add support@ps-prestigeselect.com to your contacts.

9. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes, and any costs not expressly stated as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the value of a prize is US$600 or more, the Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before releasing the prize and will issue a Form 1099 as required by law.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence in announcements to registered participants, on ps-prestigeselect.com/vip and on the Sponsor's social media accounts, for the purpose of announcing the result, without further notice, review or compensation.

11. Privacy and email communications

What we collect. Your first name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your order number and the product you bought. We also record the date and time of your registration and your browser type to help prevent abuse.

How we use it. To run the Promotion, contact winners and send monthly winner announcements and occasional product-care tips by email. By registering you agree to receive these emails from PS Prestige Select. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying “Unsubscribe” to any of our emails or writing to support@ps-prestigeselect.com. Because winners are notified and announced by email, unsubscribing also removes your registration from future drawings.

Who sees it. Only PS Prestige Select and the service providers that host this page, store our registration list (Google) and deliver our emails on our behalf. Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads, as with most websites. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone else, and we never share it with Amazon.

How we protect it. Registrations are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a private spreadsheet that only PS Prestige Select can access. We do not collect phone numbers, passwords or payment details. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.

How long. Until you unsubscribe or the Promotion ends, after which your data is deleted within ninety (90) days. Winner records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights. You may ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing support@ps-prestigeselect.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honor on request.

12. General conditions

The Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove, disqualify or reject any registration. A registration is rejected or disqualified only for a reason stated in these Official Rules: ineligibility, duplicate or automated entry, incomplete or false information, or the conduct described below. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, or any Entry Period, if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the end of an Entry Period, the Sponsor may, where practicable, select a winner for that Entry Period in a random drawing from all eligible registrations received up to the time of termination; this is the entrant's sole and exclusive remedy. Entry is not transferable. All registrations become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

13. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its owners, employees, suppliers and agencies (the “Released Parties”) from any claim, loss, injury, damage or liability of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including travel to receive it.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible or postage-due registrations or mail; any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by equipment or programming used in the Promotion; failures, interruptions or unavailability of any network, server, internet provider, website or email service; unauthorized human intervention; technical or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of registrations; or any injury or damage to any person's computer or device relating to or resulting from participation.

14. Disputes and governing law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. Claims, judgments and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees, and under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain, and each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. These Official Rules and all issues concerning them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Winners list and questions

To receive the first name, last initial and state of the winner of any completed Entry Period, email support@ps-prestigeselect.com with the subject line “Winner list request” and the month in question, within sixty (60) days after the end of that Entry Period. Questions about the Promotion may be sent to the same address. Monthly winners are also announced by email to registered participants.

16. Amazon and third-party disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) or any other retailer or social-media platform. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Amazon or any platform. Entrants release Amazon and those platforms from any liability relating to the Promotion. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
